Owner-Occupied Loans are available for borrowers who plan to operate their business out of the subject building being financed. In addition to a Personal Guarantee, the lender will require a Corporate Guarantee from the owner-occupant. Sequoia Commercial Lending offers three owner-occupied lending products including Conventional, SBA 504, and SBA 7(a).

    • Up to 85% Loan-to-Value

    • Step-down prepayment structure

    • Up to 25-year Amortization on fixed rate 1st TD

SBA 504

  • SBA Financing for owner-occupancy 51%+ and above

    • Up to 90% Loan-to-Value

    • All closing costs can be built into the loan

    • 30-year Amortization on fixed rate 1st TD

    • 25-year Amortization on fixed rate 2nd TD

SBA 7(A)

  • SBA financing for owner-occupancy 51%+ and above

    • Up to 93% Loan-t0-Value

    • Most loan closing costs can be built into the loan

    • 25-year Amortization

    • Typically a variable rate loan; tied to PRIME rate adjusting quarterly
